This young patient had been bothered for many years by dark circles under her eyes and mild lower eyelid fat herniation contributing to a tear trough deformity. She underwent lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning and CO₂ laser skin resurfacing.

This beautiful patient was bothered by the bags under her eyes and dark under eye circles. A customized surgical approach was implemented which included transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transposition and external skin tightening procedure. She was happy with her upper eyelids and did not wish to have upper eyelid surgery.
