2. Deep plane lower eyelid blepharoplasty with canthopexy.
The post-op picture was taken approximately two months after the surgery. There is some residual swelling and the incisions are still slightly noticeable, however, after several months, they become virtually invisible.

She underwent a customized upper eyelid surgery, lower eyelid blepharoplasty with repositioning of fat pads to fill in the hollowness, excision of loose skin, and tightening of the muscle and ligaments.

This patient underwent upper eyelid blepharoplasty with removal of fat pads, and lower eyelid blepharoplasty by an external approach with a repositioning of the fat pads and excision of loose skin. There is no visible scar even with the excision of skin because the incisions are meticulously made along the natural lines and creases.
