Pt82 Lower Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
This young patient had been bothered for many years by dark circles under her eyes and mild lower eyelid fat herniation contributing to a tear trough deformity. She underwent lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning and CO₂ laser skin resurfacing.
Pt. 92 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
This patient was bothered by heaviness and loose skin of the upper eyelids, difficulty applying makeup, as well as lower eyelid bags and dark circles that created a tired appearance. She underwent a customized upper eyelid blepharoplasty with fat pad repositioning, scarless (transconjunctival) lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning , and CO₂ laser skin resurfacing to improve skin texture, tone and reduce fine wrinkles. There’s still some discoloration involving lower eyelids as a result of laser skin resurfacing, which should resolve over the next a few weeks.
Pt. 14 Revisional Eyelid Surgery
Procedure Details:
This patient previously underwent bilateral lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat grafting elsewhere and unfortunately developed lower eyelid retraction. She underwent corrective surgery for the lower eyelid retraction, resulting in significant improvement in eyelid position.
Pt 93 Lower Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
This beautiful young woman had been bothered by under-eye dark circles and bags from a young age. She underwent a scarless lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, combined with light CO₂ laser skin resurfacing. She’s thrilled with her refreshed, natural-looking results.
Pt 94 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
This wonderful patient had significant skin laxity, protruding fat pads, and a hollowed cheek area. A deep-plane lower eyelid blepharoplasty was performed to elevate the cheeks, reposition the fat pads, tighten the muscle and supporting ligaments, and remove the excess loose skin.

The procedures performed included upper eyelid blepharoplasty with lid crease formation, lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, and CO2 laser skin resurfacing.

Procedure Details:
This patient only wanted the bags and dark circles under her eyes to be corrected. She underwent bilateral lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, CO2 laser skin resurfacing, and pinch skin removal. She did not wish to have her upper eyelids treated.
Pt99 Upper Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
This beautiful lady was bothered by heaviness and hooding of her upper eyelid area. Although brow ptosis, or drooping of the brow and forehead, was a contributing factor, she did not want to undergo a brow lift. A customized upper eyelid blepharoplasty was performed, creating a natural eyelid platform and a more youthful appearance without the need for an invasive forehead-lifting procedure.
