Pt48 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty

Remarkable and natural improvement was achieved by performing a customized upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, fat transfer and CO2 laser skin resurfacing.

Pt62 Lower Blepharoplasty

Procedure Details:

Procedure: lower eyelid blepharoplasty, fat transfer (fat grafting), CO2 laser skin resurfacing with nano fat.

This wonderful patient was bothered by dark circles, bags under her eyes and loss of volume, and flattening of the cheek. The lower eyelid bags were removed by a scarless internal approach (trans-conjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty), the eyelid cheek junction as well as on the mid-face was volumized by fat transfer. Significant improvement in the skin tone and texture was achieved by performing CO2 laser skin resurfacing with the application of nano fat. The stem cells from her fat help with skin rejuvenation. She did not wish to have an upper eyelid blepharoplasty.

Pt1 Browlift

Procedure Details:

Endoscopic forehead lift and upper eyelid blepharoplasty was performed. This patient was bothered by her drooping eyebrows and prominent frown line making her look tired and angry. This surgery not only resulted in rejuvenation of upper 1/3 of face but also improved her facial expression. There are no visible scars.

Pt4 Brow Lift

Procedure Details:

The post-op photo was taken only two weeks after undergoing endoscopic forehead lift and upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty). The upper eyelid incisions will fade away in the next several months.

Pt1 Facial Fat Grafting

Procedure Details:

This beautiful patient underwent facial fat grafting resulting in natural youthful fullness. She also had CO2 laser skin resurfacing with nano-fat, significantly improving the skin quality and texture. Upper and lower eyelid surgery was performed at the same time.

Pt1 Lip Lift

Procedure Details:

This patient underwent a subnasal lip lift, a procedure designed to reduce the vertical height of the upper lip, a common sign of aging. As seen in the photo, with the mouth slightly open, there is a subtle show of the upper teeth, which is associated with a more youthful appearance. The incision is discreetly placed at the junction of the nose and upper lip in a “ bullhorn” design. This surgery can be virtually scarless when meticulous skin and deep layers closure are performed. This procedure also enhances the projection of the upper lip and defines the Cupid’s bow for a more aesthetically pleasing result.

Pt10 Facial Fat Grafting

Procedure Details:

Fat transfer was combined with upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty and CO2 laser skin resurfacing with nano-fat.

Pt10 Forehead Lift

Procedure Details:

This wonderful patient underwent an endoscopic forehead lift, bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty, and extended lower eyelid blepharoplasty with a cheek lift. The photo was taken two weeks after surgery, so some bruising around the eyes is visible, which is normal at this stage of recovery. This should resolve within the next couple of weeks.

Pt11 Facial Fat Grafting

Procedure Details:

Natural comprehensive facial rejuvenation was achieved by performing upper and lower blepharoplasty, and facial fat transfer. Improvement in the acne scars was achieved by CO2 laser skin resurfacing with nano fat application.

Pt12 Facial Fat Grafting

Procedure Details:

This lovely patient underwent blepharoplasty, fat grafting, or fat transfer to the lower eyelids, cheek, and temples. She also had CO2 laser skin resurfacing with nano fat around her eyes. Natural results were achieved and she was very happy with the outcome. The second photo was taken one week after the procedure.
