Procedure Details:

This patient was bothered by the heaviness of her upper eyelids and brow as well as bags under her eyes, which all made her look very tired. She underwent a customized upper eyelid surgery, lower eyelid blepharoplasty with repositioning of fat pads to fill in the hollowness, excision of loose skin, and tightening of the muscle and ligaments.

This patient underwent upper eyelid blepharoplasty with removal of fat pads, and lower eyelid blepharoplasty by an external approach with a repositioning of the fat pads and excision of loose skin. There is no visible scar even with the excision of skin because the incisions are meticulously made along the natural lines and creases.

This wonderful gentleman in his 50s was bothered by excessive loose skin of the upper eyelids and and bags under his eyes. He underwent Bilateral upper blepharoplasty, scarless Transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning and CO2 laser skin resurfacing.

Pt63 Lower Blepharoplasty

This beautiful young lady was bothered by the wrinkles under her eyes. A canthopexy along with CO2 laser skin resurfacing was performed to smooth out the wrinkles and laxity of the lower eyelids. She didn’t have tear trough or under-eye bags, so not every patient needs to have a lower eyelid blepharoplasty done.

Pt62 Lower Blepharoplasty

Procedure: lower eyelid blepharoplasty, fat transfer (fat grafting), CO2 laser skin resurfacing with nano fat.

This wonderful patient was bothered by dark circles, bags under her eyes and loss of volume, and flattening of the cheek. The lower eyelid bags were removed by a scarless internal approach (trans-conjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty), the eyelid cheek junction as well as on the mid-face was volumized by fat transfer. Significant improvement in the skin tone and texture was achieved by performing CO2 laser skin resurfacing with the application of nano fat. The stem cells from her fat help with skin rejuvenation. She did not wish to have an upper eyelid blepharoplasty.

Pt61 Upper Blepharoplasty

Procedure: upper eyelid blepharoplasty & CO2 laser skin resurfacing

In some patients, it is not necessary to perform lower eyelid blepharoplasty combined with upper eyelid blepharoplasty. This patient had adequate volume involving lower eyelids and cheek and did not have herniation of fat pads. Her only concern was skin laxity and wrinkles. Significant reduction in wrinkles and tightening was obtained with full-face CO2 laser skin.

This beautiful young lady was bothered by dark circles under her eye which started at a very young age making her look tired. She underwent scarless lower eyelid blepharoplasty, fat transfer to the lower eyelids, cheek and nasolabial folds. In order to improve the texture and tone of her skin, she also had CO2 laser skin resurfacing at the same time.

Pt60 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty

Procedure Details:

This lovely patient has significant laxity of her upper and lower eyelids as well as bags and circles under her eyes. She had an upper eyelid lift (blepharoplasty).  Since she had a significant amount of lower eyelid laxity, an external incision (transcutaneous) approach was used. This is also called extensive or deep plane blepharoplasty, where the excessive loose skin is removed, the fat pads are repositioned, and the muscle and ligaments are tightened ( canthoplasty). Note, the smooth lower eyelid/cheek contour achieved with this procedure.
