Jaclyn Tice, MBA, SPHR

Our Office Manager, Jaclyn Tice, is originally from Colorado. She moved to Arizona at the age of 8 and is currently residing in Mesa. She joins Arizona Oculoplastic Specialists

with over 26 years of experience in patient care.

She began working for a cosmetic surgeon in 1998 and took on additional roles within the practice to eventually become Chief Executive Officer. Jaclyn helped build one of the Valley’s first medical spas, which was completed in 2006. She oversaw the design, construction, and staffing for the new space.   

After taking several years off from academics to raise her son, Jaclyn returned to school and earned her undergraduate degree in Communications from Grand Canyon University. In 2010, her mentor urged her to continue her education. She had started traveling the world and fell in love with England. Jaclyn decided there would be no better place than London to earn her master’s degree in Business Administration, which she completed in 2012.

The ability to connect with people and develop her team has been Jaclyn’s favorite part of holding a leadership position. Because of her desire to become a more knowledgeable and valuable leader, she decided to obtain certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in 2019. 

Jaclyn’s background in the aesthetic industry has provided her with insight on how to elevate the patient experience. She is honored to join Arizona Oculoplastic Specialists and support Dr. Ghafouri and his team of professionals.  

When she isn’t working, Jaclyn loves to spend time with her family and friends. She also enjoys reading, baking, and travel.
