Pt19 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
Revisional Asian blepharoplasty. This patient had previously undergone upper eyelid surgery elsewhere and was not happy with the results. She underwent revisional eyelid surgery. As well as a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat grafting.

A customized Asian blepharoplasty was performed. A new eyelid crease and higher eyelid platform was created while maintaining her natural ethnic features.

Pt76 Upper Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
This young woman was interested in double eyelid surgery, also known as Asian blepharoplasty. She wanted a defined eyelid crease rather than a natural fold, which was also asymmetric. A customized Asian blepharoplasty was performed using internal fixation sutures to create a new crease, along with external sutures and removal of a small amount of skin. The placement and design of the incision line may vary between sides to address any pre-existing asymmetry.

This patient in her 30s had Asian upper eyelid blepharoplasty. It is important to create a natural eyelid crease to maintain one’s unique ethnicity.
Pt18 Upper Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
Asian blepharoplasty or double eyelid surgery was performed. The post op picture was taken only 10 days after the surgery. Incision line is still visible and red. It is not fully healed yet and the results would only improve with time.
Pt75 Upper Blepharoplasty / Revisional Eyelid Surgery
Procedure Details:
This beautiful patient had previously undergone upper eyelid blepharoplasty, or Asian eyelid surgery, performed elsewhere. However, she was unhappy with the results due to eyelid crease asymmetry, a smaller appearance of the left eye, and an unsatisfactory lid crease position. She underwent revisional bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty with ptosis repair.

Clinical presentation two weeks after performing Asian blepharoplasty. Most of sutures have self-absorbed.
