Pt69 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty

Procedure Details:

Procedure:
1. upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) with eyelid crease formation.
2. Deep plane lower eyelid blepharoplasty with canthopexy.
The post-op picture was taken approximately two months after the surgery. There is some residual swelling and the incisions are still slightly noticeable, however, after several months, they become virtually invisible.

Pt66 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty

Procedure Details:

This patient was bothered by the heaviness of her upper eyelids and brow as well as bags under her eyes, which all made her look very tired. She underwent a customized upper eyelid surgery, lower eyelid blepharoplasty with repositioning of fat pads to fill in the hollowness, excision of loose skin, and tightening of the muscle and ligaments.

Pt59 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty

Procedure Details:

This wonderful lady didn’t like the excessive loose skin of her upper eyelids as well as under-eye bags/puffiness. She underwent eyelid lift surgery (blepharoplasty)  and lower eyelid surgery (trans-conjunctival or internal scarless approach with fat repositioning). She also had CO2 laser skin resurfacing to smooth out wrinkles and help with skin texture and tone.

Pt52 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty

Procedure Details:

Procedures: upper eyelid blepharoplasty, transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transposition, tightening of the ligaments (canthopexy) and pinch skin excision.  1 week post-op photo included to show typical swelling and bruising.

This young patient had scarless transconjunctival lower eyelid surgery to permanently improve under eye dark circles.

Procedure Details:

This gentleman had upper and transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty (scarless internal approach), CO2 skin resurfacing and fat injection to the lower eyelids, cheek and mid-face.

PT15 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty

Procedure Details:

This patient had upper and lower eyelid surgery (no scar blepharoplasty), facial micro fat grafting and CO2 skin resurfacing. This is the most optimal comprehensive approach to achieve natural and youthful results.

Procedure Details:

This patient underwent upper eyelid surgery and extended lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) with skin excision and muscle and ligament tightening.

Pt11 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty

Procedure Details:

This wonderful patient was bothered by her droopy upper eyelids which was causing obstruction of her vision. She also didn’t like the bags under her eyes. She underwent upper eyelid blepharoplasty and extended the plane lower eyelid blepharoplasty. She is very happy with the outcome.
