Pt14 Upper Blepharoplasty

Procedure Details:

This young patients in her 30s underwent upper eyelid blepharoplasty. The post-op picture is only one week after the surgery showing the sutures. Minimal swelling and bruising is expected one week after the surgery.

Pt16 Upper Blepharoplasty

Procedure Details:

This patient in her 40s was concerned about excessive fold of skin touching the eyelashes and inability to put on makeup. She underwent upper eyelid blepharoplasty to reform the upper eyelid crease and increase the eyelid platform height.

Pt18 Upper Blepharoplasty

Procedure Details:

Asian blepharoplasty or double eyelid surgery was performed. The post op picture was taken only 10 days after the surgery. Incision line is still visible and red. It is not fully healed yet and the results would only improve with time.

Pt80 Upper Blepharoplasty

Procedure Details:

This patient, in her 40s, underwent bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty with brow fat pad sculpting to create a smooth, curvilinear eyelid platform and well-defined crease.

Pt8 Lower Blepharoplasty

Procedure Details:

Dr. Ghafouri performed lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transposition and pinch skin excision. He didn’t wish to have upper eyelid surgery done.

Pt77 Upper Blepharoplasty / CO2 Laser

Procedure Details:

This wonderful patient was concerned about loose upper eyelid skin, which made it difficult to apply makeup evenly. She underwent a customized upper eyelid blepharoplasty designed to preserve a low and natural eyelid crease. Additionally, CO2 laser skin resurfacing was performed on both the upper and lower eyelids to reduce fine lines and crow’s feet. An intraoperative photo shows metal eye shields in place to protect the eyes during the laser treatment. A one-week post-operative photo is also included, illustrating the typical bruising and swelling expected at this stage. Sutures were removed during this visit.

Pt75 Upper Blepharoplasty / Revisional Eyelid Surgery

Procedure Details:

This beautiful patient had previously undergone upper eyelid blepharoplasty, or Asian eyelid surgery, performed elsewhere. However, she was unhappy with the results due to eyelid crease asymmetry, a smaller appearance of the left eye, and an unsatisfactory lid crease position. She underwent revisional bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty with ptosis repair.

Pt72 Upper Blepharoplasty

Procedure Details:

This beautiful young lady was bothered by hooding of her upper eyelids and not having a distinct upper eyelid platform to apply make-up. This has been bothering her from a young age. A customized upper eyelid surgery with eyelid crease formation was performed. This resulted in a symmetric and distinct upper eyelid platforms.

Pt71 Upper Blepharoplasty

Procedure Details:

This beautiful patient was bothered by her heavy upper eyelids from a young age. A customized upper eyelid surgery was performed to create a new eyelid with a distinct and smooth eyelid platform.

Pt7 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty

Procedure Details:

This patient was bothered by dark circles under the eyes, skin laxity and heaviness of the upper eyelids. She underwent extended lower eyelid blepharoplasty with muscle tightening and fat repositioning, upper eyelid blepharoplasty and ptosis repair.
