Pt7 Revisional Eyelid Surgery
Procedure Details:
This gentleman had undergone fat transfer (fat grafting) to the lower eyelids and cheek elsewhere. Unfortunately, this resulted in contour deformity as shown in the “before” picture. He also had dermal fillers and a series of radio frequency microneedling to no avail.
I performed a revisional lower eyelid blepharoplasty with the removal of the grafted fat globules. Pic #2 shows the fat globules that were removed from the lower eyelids at the time of surgery. The smooth contour of the lower eyelid and cheek was restored.
Pt6 Revisional Eyelid Surgery
Procedure Details:
This patient, unfortunately, had a botched surgery performed elsewhere. She came to us from of town after seeing other surgeons. She had previously undergone eyelid surgery (lower and upper blepharoplasty) where too much skin was removed. She was not able to close her eyes or blink resulting in irritation, redness and eye pain.
The before photo shows the lower eyelids are pulled down and away from the eyeball (ectropion).
She underwent repair of lower eyelid retraction and ectropion by performing a cheek lift, tightening ligaments, and placing a cartilage graft which was taken from her ears to rebuilt the rebuilt the lower eyelids. This is a complex reconstructive surgery, she had excellent results. She is now able to close her eyes fully and blink.
Pt9 Revisional Eyelid Surgery
Procedure Details:
This patient had cosmetic lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) at a different institution. She was referred to us by another plastic surgeon for corrective surgery. Unfortunately, as you can see she had significant complications from her initial surgery, resulting in her lower eyelids turning outward (ectropion). She had significant pain, irritation, and redness in her eyes. I performed revisional surgery to correct the lower eyelid malposition.
Pt 18 Ptosis Repair

This gentleman had been bothered by right upper eyelid ptosis for many years. He underwent right upper eyelid ptosis repair using an internal approach. This technique offers great results with a relatively quick recovery in the hands of an experienced surgeon.

This beautiful lady was bothered by the asymmetry and droopy appearance of her eyes. In order to achieve symmetry, Sometimes it is necessary to do surgery on both upper eyelids even though only one side appears to be droopy. She had repair of ptosis by and internal scarless approach of both upper eyelids.
