This patient was bothered by droopy and heavy eyelids. The right eye also looks smaller because of the weakness of the muscle ( Ptosis). She underwent a right upper eyelid ptosis repair and bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty. And she also has drooping brows, however, she did not wish to have a brow lift procedure.
