Pt18 Upper Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
Asian blepharoplasty or double eyelid surgery was performed. The post op picture was taken only 10 days after the surgery. Incision line is still visible and red. It is not fully healed yet and the results would only improve with time.

This patient in her 40s was concerned about excessive fold of skin touching the eyelashes and inability to put on makeup. She underwent upper eyelid blepharoplasty to reform the upper eyelid crease and increase the eyelid platform height.

Eyelid asymmetry and droopiness was corrected with ptosis repair (tightening of the eye muscle).

This young lady was bothered by her droopy left upper eyelid which has been present since childhood. She had scarless left upper eyelid ptosis repair surgery. Dermal filler was also placed over the left upper orbital bone area to fill in some of the residual hollowness providing more symmetry.
