This young patient had been bothered for many years by dark circles under her eyes and mild lower eyelid fat herniation contributing to a tear trough deformity. She underwent lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning and CO₂ laser skin resurfacing.

This beautiful patient was bothered by the bags under her eyes and dark under eye circles. A customized surgical approach was implemented which included transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transposition and external skin tightening procedure.
