Pt78 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
Not all eyelid surgeries are performed the same way; each must be tailored to the patient’s unique anatomy and aesthetic needs. In this case, a transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transfer would not have been appropriate, as the patient had significant laxity of the skin, muscle, and supporting ligaments. Instead, the procedure required extensive skin resection along with tightening of the underlying muscle and ligamentous structures.
Pt73 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
This gentleman was bothered by his under-eye bags and loose upper eyelid skin. He underwent upper eyelid surgery and deep plane lower eyelid blepharoplasty.
Pt44 Lower Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
This nice gentleman was mainly bothered by “under-eye bags“ and wrinkles. He underwent a transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transposition and pinch skin excision.
Pt74 Lower Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
Correction of the under eye bags and hollow cheeks by performing scarless lower eyelid surgery, fat transfer to the lower eyelids/cheek, and CO2 laser skin resurfacing.
Pt85 Upper Blepharoplasty and Ptosis
Procedure Details:
This gentleman was bothered by droopy upper eyelids. Upon examination, he was found to have upper eyelid dermatochalasis—redundant, loose skin of the upper eyelids—and, more importantly, eyelid ptosis, which is weakness of the muscle responsible for opening the eyes. He underwent upper eyelid ptosis repair through tightening of the levator muscle, along with bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin.
Pt8 Lower Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
Dr. Ghafouri performed lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transposition and pinch skin excision. He didn’t wish to have upper eyelid surgery done.
Pt64 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
This wonderful gentleman in his 50s was bothered by excessive loose skin of the upper eyelids and and bags under his eyes. He underwent Bilateral upper blepharoplasty, scarless Transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning and CO2 laser skin resurfacing.
Pt56 Lower Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
This gentleman was bothered by the bags and under-eye circles. Scarless lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transposition was performed. In order to tighten the skin and reduce fine wrinkles, CO2 laser resurfacing was done at the same time.
Pt25 Upper Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
Clinical presentation two weeks after performing Asian blepharoplasty. Most of sutures have self-absorbed.
