Pt59 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
This wonderful lady didn’t like the excessive loose skin of her upper eyelids as well as under-eye bags/puffiness. She underwent eyelid lift surgery (blepharoplasty) and lower eyelid surgery (trans-conjunctival or internal scarless approach with fat repositioning). She also had CO2 laser skin resurfacing to smooth out wrinkles and help with skin texture and tone.
Pt52 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
Procedures: upper eyelid blepharoplasty, transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transposition, tightening of the ligaments (canthopexy) and pinch skin excision. 1 week post-op photo included to show typical swelling and bruising.
Pt24 Upper Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
She was bothered by loose skin of her upper eyelids hanging down and difficulty with applying make-up. After having upper eyelid blepharoplasty “eyelid truck”, now she has a nice eyelid platform to apply make-up. She has a more open and bright appearance.

This patient has droopy eyes because the excessive loose skin of upper eyelids is weighing down. She underwent upper eyelid surgery or eyelid lift, resulting in more bright and less tired look. She still has some fullness in the brow area and will benefit from a brow/forehead lift procedure if she wishes to do so in the future.

Pt76 Upper Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
This young woman was interested in double eyelid surgery, also known as Asian blepharoplasty. She wanted a defined eyelid crease rather than a natural fold, which was also asymmetric. A customized Asian blepharoplasty was performed using internal fixation sutures to create a new crease, along with external sutures and removal of a small amount of skin. The placement and design of the incision line may vary between sides to address any pre-existing asymmetry.
Pt85 Upper Blepharoplasty and Ptosis
Procedure Details:
This gentleman was bothered by droopy upper eyelids. Upon examination, he was found to have upper eyelid dermatochalasis—redundant, loose skin of the upper eyelids—and, more importantly, eyelid ptosis, which is weakness of the muscle responsible for opening the eyes. He underwent upper eyelid ptosis repair through tightening of the levator muscle, along with bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin.
Pt1 Upper Blepharoplasty

This patient was bothered by droopy and heavy eyelids. The right eye also looks smaller because of the weakness of the muscle (Ptosis). She underwent a right upper eyelid ptosis repair and bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty. And she also has drooping brows, however, she did not wish to have a brow lift procedure.
