This patient in her 40s was concerned about excessive fold of skin touching the eyelashes and inability to put on makeup. She underwent upper eyelid blepharoplasty to reform the upper eyelid crease and increase the eyelid platform height.

She underwent a right upper eyelid ptosis repair and bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty. And she also has drooping brows, however,  she did not wish to have a brow lift procedure.
