Pt59 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty


Procedure Details:
This wonderful lady didn’t like the excessive loose skin of her upper eyelids as well as under-eye bags/puffiness. She underwent eyelid lift surgery (blepharoplasty) and lower eyelid surgery (trans-conjunctival or internal scarless approach with fat repositioning). She also had CO2 laser skin resurfacing to smooth out wrinkles and help with skin texture and tone.

Procedure Details:
This beautiful young lady was bothered by dark circles and under-eye bags making her look tired. She had lower eyelid surgery by an internal approach (transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transposition). She also had CO2 laser skin resurfacing to reduce wrinkles and improve the texture and tone of her skin. The one-week post-op photo shows the sutures on the cheek that are used to anchor down the lower eyelid fat pads to correct tear trough hollowness. There is a scarless procedure with no skin incision.

This gentleman was bothered by the bags and under-eye circles. Scarless lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transposition was performed. In order to tighten the skin and reduce fine wrinkles, CO2 laser resurfacing was done at the same time.
