Pt51 Lower Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
This beautiful patient was bothered by the bags under her eyes and dark under eye circles. A customized surgical approach was implemented which included transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transposition and external skin tightening procedure. She was happy with her upper eyelids and did not wish to have upper eyelid surgery.

Pt5 Brow Lift
Procedure Details:
A minimally invasive temporal brow lift was performed in order to enhance the brow position. The incision is hidden within the hair line. In addition, an eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) was done.

Upper eyelid blepharoplasty was performed on this young patient. She was bothered by the hooding of her upper eyelid and the inability to apply makeup effectively. The last picture shows the typical swelling and bruising expected one week after the surgery.

This woman in her mid-forties underwent customized upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Notice the significant improvement in eyelid symmetry, eyelid crease and height resulting in overall rejuvenation. The third picture shows her right after the surgery was completed. The last picture is after one week when she returned for suture removal.

The post-op photo was taken only two weeks after undergoing endoscopic forehead lift and upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty). The upper eyelid incisions will fade away in the next several months.
