Procedure Details:
This gentleman underwent upper eyelid surgery and lower deep plane blepharoplasty with fat injection to the lower eyelids and mid-face for a comprehensive natural rejuvenation of this area of the face.

This patient has bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty, deep plane lower eyelid surgery with cheek lift, resulting in natural and transformative changes.
Pt 91 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
In this patient, bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty and transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning were performed. Additionally, a lower eyelid pinch skin excision was carried out, along with CO₂ laser skin resurfacing limited to the periocular area.
Pt 90 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
This wonderful patient was bothered by under-eye bags, dark circles, and skin laxity with discoloration. She underwent a transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty (a scarless internal approach), fat graft transfer to the lower eyelids and cheeks, CO2 Laser skin resurfacing and upper eyelid blepharoplasty. She still has some upper eyelid hooding related to brow and forehead ptosis; however, she chose not to pursue a brow or forehead lift.
Pt 89 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty

This wonderful gentleman underwent a comprehensive facial rejuvenation, including a lateral brow lift, upper and extended lower eyelid surgery with canthopexy (ligament tightening), cheek lift, and CO₂ laser skin resurfacing. The goal was natural, refreshed results restoring a more youthful contour while maintaining his character and expression.
Pt65 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
This patient underwent upper eyelid blepharoplasty with removal of fat pads, and lower eyelid blepharoplasty by an external approach with a repositioning of the fat pads and excision of loose skin. There is no visible scar even with the excision of skin because the incisions are meticulously made along the natural lines and creases.
Pt60 Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty
Procedure Details:
This lovely patient has significant laxity of her upper and lower eyelids as well as bags and circles under her eyes. She had an upper eyelid lift (blepharoplasty). Since she had a significant amount of lower eyelid laxity, an external incision (transcutaneous) approach was used. This is also called extensive or deep plane blepharoplasty, where the excessive loose skin is removed, the fat pads are repositioned, and the muscle and ligaments are tightened ( canthoplasty). Note the smooth lower eyelid/cheek contour achieved with this procedure.
